We love bringing readers and authors together through book signings, conversations, and community events at page & pine bookshop! If you’re an author interested in hosting an event at our shop, we’d love to hear from you.

While we can’t accommodate every request, we review each submission carefully. Please note that due to the number of inquiries we receive, we may not be able to reply to every request. If your event is a good fit for our store and community, we’ll be in touch within the next 3 weeks.

what we look for

  • Authors with books that are a good fit for our audience and shelves.

  • Events that create community connections and excitement.

  • Authors who can help promote their event to local readers and networks.

event guidelines

  • We prefer to have events scheduled at least 8 weeks in advance to allow for planning and promotion. We understand that this isn’t always do-able but preferred.

  • Authors are required to actively promote the event through their own channels (website, email lists, social media, etc.).

  • Books must be available through a distributor or supplied directly by the author.

  • While we provide the space, additional promotional materials (banners, posters, swag) are the author’s responsibility.

  • Fees may apply for after-hours or special-request events.

  • We cannot guarantee sales or attendance, but we’ll do our best to help spread the word!
